
Joss got into a argument with the neighbor at his home in San Antonio Sunday night when the neighbor pulled out a gun and shot him several times, according to police. The unnamed gunman then fled the scene in a vehicle but was arrested by police just a block from the residence.

On Sunday night around 7:00 p.m., San Antonio officers responded to reports of an active shooting at a residence. Upon arrival, they found Joss near the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers provided life-saving efforts until paramedics arrived, but unfortunately, Joss was declared dead at the scene.The suspect fled in a vehicle but was apprehended by officers just a block away and has been charged with murder. The investigation remains ongoing. TMZ, which first reported the incident, stated that the shooting resulted from a dispute between Joss and a neighbor.
Joss died at the scene despite paramedics’ best efforts to save him, TMZ reported. In addition to his character on “King of the Hill,” Joss, who has Native American ancestry, also had a recurring role on “Parks and Recreation” as Chief Hatote.
